Before & After: A Six-Month Coaching Circle

Before & After is a six-month, trauma-informed group coaching experience for women who have experienced the sudden death of a spouse.

Meeting every other week, this intimate coaching circle provides a confidential space to explore the profound changes that follow sudden widowhood—including identity, relationships, decision-making, work, purpose, and the question of what comes next.

Led by Lora Lebo, MHRM, MCC, SPHR, CTP, an executive coach and Certified Trauma Professional who has personally experienced sudden widowhood following the line-of-duty death of her husband, the program combines powerful coaching, thoughtful conversation, reflection, and the shared understanding of women whose lives changed in an instant.

This is not about “getting over” your loss or being told to move on. It is about honoring what was, living with what is, and beginning to explore what comes next.
